I started at a new gym about a year ago, called "Get In Shape For Women". It is personal training shared with up to 4 women at a time. I really like the trainers there and since your workout is in a scheduled time slot you can't just bail on it. I go to this gym 3 days a week and hadn't been doing anything else on my days off (no wonder I was just maintaining my weight) and I had been stuggling w/ my eating....snacking whenever possible, eating @ the caf. @ work, etc.

The program comes with a meal plan booklet that requires you to eat 5 equally sized meals throughout the day. To get them all in, I have to eat every 3 hours. The meals are also balanced 40/40/20, so I'm not deprived of fat or carbs. I also get to eat things like cheese! I LOVE this diet...I am losing weight and I am barely ever hungry, this is the BEST diet I have ever been on!!!
I finished the first 4 weeks of Insanity and the recovery week and am going to be starting week 6 tomorrow. I have seen some amazing results and have not missed a workout so far (6 days a week). I will post pictures on my next post, but here are my numeric results so far. This program in conjunction w/ my surgery are going to have me looking better than I ever have in my life!
